• Intake Forms: New patients will receive an intake form and a service agreement via email once they schedule their first appointment.

• Payment: We accept checks, cash, and major credit cards. Payment is due on the day of

• Cancellation Policy: We charge a full session fee for missed or canceled appointments within 24 hours.
